Refund, Shipping & Returns Policy

This policy explains refunds for digital credits and subscriptions, and shipping and returns for home accents, supplied by HIGHLANDS HOMEWARE LIMITED. It applies once online payment is connected.

Current status

Online payment is not yet connected. Checkout shows payment provider pending and no charges are taken. No order is created and no money changes hands until a provider is live.

Digital credits and subscriptions

Unused one-off credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have been used are non-refundable.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will stop at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate part months unless required by law.

Where the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations apply, your statutory cancellation rights are preserved.

Home accents — shipping

Once ordering is live, home accents will be dispatched to UK addresses. Estimated delivery and any carriage charges will be shown at checkout before you confirm.

Home accents — returns

You may return unused home accents in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, in which case we cover it.

How to request a refund or return

Email support@highlandshome.shop with your order reference and reason. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and to process approved refunds within 14 days to the original payment method.
